Service scope

DCRP India is intended as a private digital record service for written works. It is not a government copyright registry, law firm or legal advice service.

User declarations

Users must provide accurate information and confirm that they are authorized to submit the work. Users must not submit unlawful content or infringe others' rights.

Evidence limits

A record ID, timestamp, file fingerprint or certificate does not by itself prove authorship, originality, ownership or government registration.

Complaints

Before launch, publish a process for ownership disputes, corrections, complaints, refunds and account closure.
