About DCRP India
A focused digital record service for written creative works.
DCRP India is being developed to help writers and lyricists maintain a private digital record of scripts, lyrics, stories, poems and other text-based works. The planned system will preserve submission details and a file fingerprint, with access limited to the work's account holder.
Important: DCRP India is a private digital record platform, not a government copyright registry. A record, timestamp or certificate does not by itself prove authorship, originality, ownership or government registration.

Is DCRP India a government copyright office?
No. It is intended as a private digital record service and does not replace official government copyright registration.
Will my script or lyrics be public?
The intended production service is private by default. Do not upload unpublished or sensitive work until secure accounts, storage and access controls are live.
Does the certificate guarantee ownership?
No. A digital record can preserve details about a submitted file, but it cannot independently prove authorship or ownership.
Can I submit music or video files?
No. The planned service is for written works only, including scripts, lyrics, stories and poetry.
